If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the Software.
This Agreement defines the terms under which you may access and use the Software. It also covers updates, new features, and any modifications to the Software. Please read these Terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a user.
Part A: General Terms and Conditions of Use
1. General
This Agreement is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and adheres to the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. It governs your use of the Platform and associated services.
Key Provisions:
- Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
- Amendments: Updates to these Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
- Headings: Section titles are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
2. Description of Services / Purpose
Easy Bank Reconcile is a desktop application for Microsoft Windows that reads the bank statements you download from your bank and helps you record the transactions in your accounting software. It works with Miracle Accounting Software and TallyPrime (together, the "Accounting Software"), which you must license separately from their respective publishers.
The Software provides, among other things:
- Statement Import: reading bank statements in PDF, Excel and CSV formats, including password-protected files, using the bank formats built into the Software or a column mapping you define.
- Ledger Matching: suggesting a ledger for each transaction using rules you create and an artificial-intelligence language model that runs on your own computer.
- Posting: creating receipt and payment vouchers in the Accounting Software for the transactions you approve, and deleting entries the Software created if you ask it to.
- Duplicate Detection: flagging statement lines that appear to have been imported already.
Bank statements are processed on your own computer and are not uploaded to the Company. The Software connects to the Company's servers only to register and validate your licence and to check for and download updates, as described in the Privacy Policy.
These services are licensed, not sold, to the user and are subject to the Terms of Use.
3. Registration
To access the Platform:
- Account Creation: Users must create an account with accurate, up-to-date details of the company, including a valid email and phone number.
- Minors: Registration for users under 18 years of age requires the consent and credentials of a legal guardian.
- Authentication: The Company may conduct optional checks to validate the user's identity and age.
- Licence Details: When registering you select the Accounting Software you use, the user type and the number of companies your licence covers, and you provide the serial number of your Accounting Software licence. Your Easy Bank Reconcile licence is tied to those details.
Data Sharing:
By registering, you agree to allow the Company to share your information with its
affiliates, partners, and service providers for service delivery purposes.
4. User Account, Password, and Security

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Specific Features and Integrations
1. Accounting Software Integration
The Software reads ledger masters from, and writes vouchers into, the Miracle or TallyPrime company you select. You must hold a valid licence for that Accounting Software, and you must keep it running and accessible where the Software requires it.
- Take a Backup First: You must back up your Accounting Software data before posting entries with the Software. The Company is not responsible for restoring data in your Accounting Software.
- Third-Party Products: Miracle Accounting Software and TallyPrime are products of their respective publishers and are governed by their own licence terms. Changes, updates or faults in those products may affect how the Software works, and the Company does not warrant compatibility with every version.
- Trademarks: "Miracle", "Tally" and "TallyPrime", and the names of banks, are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe compatibility and do not imply endorsement.
2. Bank Statement Formats
The Software includes formats for statements issued by many banks. Banks change the layout of their statements from time to time without notice, and the Company does not guarantee that any particular bank, account type or statement layout is or will remain supported. The Company will make reasonable efforts to add or update formats, and you can map the columns of an unsupported file yourself.
3. Automated Matching and Your Responsibility to Review
Ledger suggestions made by rules or by the Software's artificial-intelligence model are suggestions only. They may be wrong. Before posting, you are responsible for checking every transaction, including its date, amount, ledger and voucher type. You are solely responsible for the entries posted to your books, for your accounts and tax returns, and for any consequence of posting an incorrect entry. The AI model runs on your own computer; your statements are not sent to any external AI service and are not used to train any model.
4. Updates
The Software checks the Company's servers for new versions and may download and install updates, including new and revised bank formats. Some features may not work, or support may be refused, until you install the latest update.
