This Privacy Policy explains what information Software 4 All (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit this website, and how we use it.

1. Information you give us

When you use the Get a call back form, you give us your name, phone number and your message. The form does not store these on our website: it opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and they reach us only when you send that message. We then also receive your WhatsApp number and profile name, and the message is carried by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. If you phone or e-mail us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us. We use this only to answer your enquiry, arrange a demo, or tell you about the product you asked about.

When you use the Buy Now page, you give us your name, mobile number, city, pincode and state, and optionally your GST number and Miracle Customer ID, together with the plan you chose and the UPI transaction ID of your payment. As with the call back form, these are not stored on our website: they reach us through WhatsApp when you send the order message. We use them to verify your payment, issue your invoice and activate your licence. The payment itself is made in your own UPI app and handled by your bank and UPI provider. We never see your UPI PIN or bank details. For Easy Bank Reconcile, the Easy Bank Reconcile Privacy Policy applies after purchase.

2. Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information when a page is requested: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
• Fonts and icons. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) and icons from cdnjs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). Your browser requests these directly from those providers, which therefore receive your IP address, as described in their own privacy policies.
• No tracking. This website does not set its own cookies, and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

3. Who we share information with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers. We may pass your enquiry to the authorised dealer nearest to you so they can contact you, and our hosting provider processes website data on our behalf. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up. After that we delete them, unless you have become a customer, in which case the privacy policy of the product you use applies.

5. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Write to sales@software4all.co.in and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
